this is the real dbz its just trunks future goku died from a heart disease that was new so they had no medication then vegeta krillion piccalo tein yamtcha and i think chotzu tried to fight of the androieds but they died so trunks went into the past and gave goku medication that was developed in the future but the past changed because of trunks its called the butterfly effect like the move if you killl a butterfly then 5000 people will die a year later because trunks went in the past it changed

Seriously, how DID he get the virus? To my understanding, viruses are something that are spread, so how is it possible that Goku got it, but not Gohan, Chichi, or piccolo (In the main time line) when they all had constant contact with him?
