If a subject requests medical attention at any point during any police action, the responding officer is required to call for an ambulance immediately. That's straight from the academy textbook. These "officers" should be fired, and charged with negligent homicide for their inaction. Disgusting. It's this type of behavior that gives police officers a bad name.

First off, EMS should have been summoned to the scene immediately when the suspect said she was "bleeding" and "Wants to go to the hospital". Second, the male officer did not have PC (probable cause) to search the vehicle. It makes me wonder what his PC was to initiate the traffic stop to begin with?
