Actually he had 2 diseases, one made his skin whiter, and for the other (lupus) he had a medication that made his skin whiter and more sensitive to sunlight so he didnt go out as much. As for his nose, he broke it once in a dance rehearsal and he had to have surgery to fix it again, and then he was never happy with the first job so he kept having it redone.
