Carlos actually said in one of his bits that he feels like a mexican from growing up in the maravilla projects. He admits that he's not technically a mexican, but he's lived the mexican lifestyle and identifies with it. You can't define who a guy is based on genetics.

Problem is, most of us aren't being paid truck loads of money for it. And given a show. And call ourselves professional comedians. But, I believe most people are, in fact, funnier than Mencia. He steals jokes that are funny, and somehow makes them not funny. Which is a testament to how bad he truly is.

Your logic is horrible.
He is a professonal "comedian" who gets paid for his "stand up" and has a television show. And the people he steals from are also comedians, who are paid for their stand up comedy. Comedy is based on originality-even if its a widely discussed topic, its all about your delivery and punchline. Thats what seperates you from the rest. Now there are joke thieves like Menstealia running around, destroying the very essence of comedy.
Don't take joke thievery so lightly.
