The Tvoy Den tabloid says the woman took the children, aged between one and twelve, to a studio where they were abused on camera. The paper is offering a reward to find the woman.

It's a big taboo, so they don't really talk about, and hence don't deal with it properly. It was this same sexual prudishness in Soviet times that prevented Andrei Chikatilo from getting the help he needed for his sexual disfunction while being emasculated by women that turned him into a serial killer.
