it's not propane dude... it's probably difluoroethane, the compressed air chemical they sell as computer duster. when sprayed continuously it freezes things for a short period of time, which would allow you to pick up poo like it was a rock. pretty dumb product if actually real. does this remind anyone else of the jack black movie Envy?
