The first time I heard this song, I thought it was the most awesome thing in the world. And I was inspired to make a video. The video sucks like all the others I have made, and I killed it completely, but I actually think it's one of my better productions. o.o
This was made in ONE DAY. :D
EDIT: Okay, nevermind about the sucking part. Too many flames about mai own critiziem. ._. BUT OVER 11,000 VIEWS. :OOOOOOOO WOW. That's never happened to me before. :DDDDD Thanks everyone!

No the language isn't Japanese. Yoko Kanno-san likes to make up languages for the songs she composes, and it's especially obvious in the songs for Escaflowne. This one's closer to Romanian i think.

yoko kanno uses a made up language called gablish or something similar, she says that real words arent needed to make you feel an emotion. :)

The language is not in Japanese. You can look up the lyrics and the words are not in Japanese. People sing songs in other languages all the time, so you can't assume what language it is just by where the singer is from.

Do some research.
In an interview with her, she states she cannot speak ANY other language (except Japanese of course) except a small amount of English and very little French
So unless she writes the song and then gets it translated into another language and then recites it and learns how to sing it in another language...
