| I'll tell you what, I might be able to appreciate an omelette as simple and barely done as this, but I can guarantee you the average diner would turn this away. But I do agree with the simplicity of ingredients and foods. Taste can be manipulated without all the bells and whistles. |

| this looks simple, but it does take a little practice. the recipe may not impress people who are used to tons of ingredients in an omelet, but the eggs, with the brie on toast is a really nice combo. all you need are some black truffles to finish it off. swinging pad by the way. |
