Good job. I agree with what you wrote in the description box about Mr. Lightfoot. "And you won't read that book again because the ending's just too hard to take" are the kind of lyrics one cannot forget. Its a great song. In many ways, its sort of too great...by that I mean it just too perfectly nails what he's trying to say, and its sort of impossible for this song to not touch your heart, you know what I mean? The man had an amazing way of expressing himself.

this sounds great. i love this song and this may sound weird but you have got a gentle voice. you sing it as if you are singing it to someone who is just falling asleep. that is beautifull. amazing work.

I enjoyed that great stuff .... Your vocals need some work with the passion. The strings are tricky, so i think if you play it more and relax with the vocals it will all come together.... But Hay still good stuff thx tripicanablue :)

Yeah, the problem with covering someone ells' song is that it will never be yours. Your range is high and child-like (not really a bad thing) for this one so it just doesn't work. However, you would be KILLER with your own songs...have you written any of your own?

Great to see young folks keeping the spirit alive. My singer's father played in a band with Gord in the 60s called the 2 tones. It was just a duo and his father told me he knew Gord was headed for the big time. I think your voice needs to mature a little and you'll be great! Keep it up!
