most of the time hendrix played lefty strung lefty, tho. leftys that strung right handed include masters like albert king and otis rush.

hendrix did not play left handed guitars, but he changed the strings of the right handeds, so he could play them normal. Sometimes he even played right handed guitars really right handed, what i think is much mor amazing in combination with the left handed playing

With all the shit ... ( 5 months ago by Turigamot)
With all the shit that Eric Clapton has had happen to him, you really think he has no right to the blues. He certainly didn't start off rich. Its not like having your son die is something to get the blues about. Its not as if never knowing your father is something to get the blues about. Its not as if a tumultuous personal life is something to get the blues about. Its not like having three of your best friends due (who also happened to be great guitarists) is something to get the blues about.
Err, first sentence ... ( 5 months ago by Turigamot)
Err, first sentence meant to be written as a question, and due should be die :|

check out doyles ... ( 3 months ago by emblazed)
check out doyles solo work, its amazing. Also let alone that he grew up seen the Vaughen family play all the time and sat in with them growing up. He had a group with Double Trouble called the Arc Angles which were great. He definitely belongs playing with Eric as much as he does, same with Derek Trucks. I think Eric is slowly trying to pass down what he can to the next generation so they can continue to contribute to the blues.
thanks for that man ... ( 2 months ago by Javashakes02)
