I like your comment, if there was any flaw it was not finess jazz or the best blues but rip roaring extraordinare and a billion note wonder. From 1976 Jazz workshop Boston there is a sole that is the fastest Gatton lick I've ever heard!!!

hi! mastercolector, niles here, great talk we had and thanks for info, where did you hear or obtain the 76 solo in boston? if that's his fastest solo, where the amps able to keep up? p.s i played gallagher's for my 87 year old mom, who played flamenco guitar back in the 60's she was totally impressed with this guy's skill, in fact once i figure how to make dvd to dvd recording's on this comp. she will get one! she commented that she has never seen a guitarist of this caliber ever! gotta luv it

tylerandwill Please send me a picture of Dannys Les Paul. I can't believe that wasn't kept in the Gatton family. If its true you really have Dannys Les Paul, you need to contact Ed Eastridge at Big Mo Records and have him get that guitar to Holly Gatton wherer it belongs. wildhorsestudios1421 Good comment, I've been saying this for 3 years too. Scotty Anderson plays lightningn quick and clean licks with perfect Technical ability, Lenny Breau plays like Danny different styles and a difficult style himse, Mongomery with his octaves, blocked chords, and improvised chorus after chorus solos but Gatton is without a doubt the hottest player ever and most impressive.

Phiyukyu Not really; Angelo I have seen many time and have talked to him and made him videos. He is a fast player like Gilbert, Holdsworth, and Shawn Lane; and Yngwie.But Gatton would destroy most anyone except Lenny Breau, and Scotty Anderson. Then i's just all opinion but Gatton at his best with his awesome improvised soloing is the most imressive player ever!!!!!! MASTERCOLLECTOR/GATTONMASTER

UM, yeah, I know both of them? What is to compare? Danny kills Batio. Batio is doing simple scale runs fast and sweep arpeggios, while Danny is doing, sweeps, rakes, chicken pickin', Travis pickin', hybrid pickin' rock licks, blues licks, jazz licks, Rockabilly and so...
