Great upload Hawk, thank you, it's very enlightening. America is always at the forefront of societal evolution, these think tanks are virtually non-existent in the European Union for instance. Although I'd say that Think Tanks are the 5th branch of government, the Press is the 4th branch of government, although we have now the mixing of both with Olbermann being a leftist ideologue and political commentator and people like Rush Limbaugh is the founder of this phenomenon on the conservative side.

The British version of the CFR the RIIA ( Royal institute of International Affairs). What right do think-tanks have to influence lawmakers on such a grand scale? I quite frankly am not a big fan of think-tanks, and most of them just use evidence to fit their own ideologies and agendas and ignore facts that debunk their case, including PNAC.
