Stock this car could never do a 3.5 0-60. Nissan's claims are not proof. Road and Track results show a 3.9 0-60. 12.3 1/4 mile at 116.

no BHP means base horse power which is horse power at the flywheel so it has about 485 horse power to the wheel due to the drivetrain

check the video on dailymotion i think, the car does the o-60 in 3.2 seconds and the 1/4 in under 12 at 121 i think.

Nissan did an excellent job on this car. Its too bad most import kids will probably put a 20 inch wing on it and dump the pipes in favor of some ridiculous looking fart can on the back. Nissan obviously agrees that the V6 sound should be very silent, not loud. Anything less than 8 cyl doesn't sound good at all when uncorked.

XElementLakaiX is correct. It's brake horsepower. "Brake" refers to "waterbrake" style dynomometer. A strain gage or torque element is the measuring device. Youre right that its used to apply load to the flywheel though. There are many people and even a few publications that think this stands for base, but its not so. Any good dyno shop can tell you this.

Haha. Great comment. They will turn this into a throw-away car. I can't believe all these huge idiotic wings I've been seeing the past few years. And oversized exhaust tips. Makes them sound like a tight fart.
