sometimes he doesnt make me believe that he is actually agreeing with what he is saying. honestly i dont know why he wouldnt want to drill. i think as a politican you must prostitute yourself to the people and right now he is really satasfying environmentalists by talking about 'green jobs' along with not drilling and i dont understand how he can 'make sure people without healthcare can be provided healthcare' and by promising that he will never break a promise he might be setting himself up...

Barack Obama is our last hope, & it's quite sad to know that Mindless American's would rather see this country fail than to vote an African American into office. It's wrong that ignorant Americans criticize everything that Obama has to say & yet over look so many mistakes Mccain has made in almost all of his interviews. It's like some people are trying to find any reason not to vote for Obama. They come up with all this false propaganda & call it truth...Americans really need to wake up!!!

hey xynixie - maybe it is YOU that needs to do some more research. There's 2 bil barrels of oil off the coast of California already. They even have the rigs in place but cannot drill for it. ANWR in Prudhoe Bay, AK, has approx. 10.4 billion barrels of oil. We have it and have the technology to get to it safely but cannot touch the stuff. Guess we should just wait and watch China and Russia drill off our coast (as they will off the coast of Cuba and Cuba is 90 miles from the tip of the FL Keys).

Obama promotes himself as the agent of change and good judgement but, sadly has proven to possess neither. Contrary to the spin Barack did not vote against the war. He did however vote against change and for things to remain the same when he voted against the surge. He also supported moveon's portrayal of General Petraeus as General Betrayus. Many have been mislead by fools gold... beware, all that glimmers is not gold. McCain would not be my first choice but, Obama would be my last.
