The Boomtown Rats song "I Never Loved Eva Braun" was the obvious inspiration to make this video. Is the song silly? I don't think so... So I made the video with all seriousness though it might come off a bit hokey! Enjoy!

The song is from A Tonic for the Troops, The Boomtown Rats' 2nd LP. I got this LP at a radio station "back in the day" & instantly took a liking to the song, now all these yrs later to discover this great video compilation to accompany it is sweet:) - I must say whomever made this -bravo! great job!

I'm not saying what he did was right.
He was evil.
But he was a genius.
The did to Europe what Alexander the Great did to what was once called the Ancient Greece. The only difference is that Hitler decided to do sick, and Horrible things In his wake.
He single handedly pulled all of Germany out of misery, and gave them hope, then pulled them out of the depression. He did great things, just with Evil intent, which is sad.

This classic song is a parody, I rather doubt that the Rat's condone Hitler. It's a very clever song... The part that states, "Yeah, I conquered all those countries... They were weak, I was strong.. You are so wrong! The economy did well only because he killed millions of Jews and kept their property for the rest of Germany. The Jews were rich and that's why so many resented them. There was nothing brillant about what he did. And he did not pull Germans out of misery. He made it mandatory for all males to serve in the military, including little boys. Germany was turned into a military state and people had no civil liberties. He did not do great things. He was evil and self-serving.
