I somewhat agree, but is better for the genre than a lot of the new "country". There is some musical talent here, unlike more recent country where it seems like anyone with a guitar can be successful. There is no soul left in country music. Keith brings something a little different, I wouldn't call it crap, but it is somewhere between country and pop.

This is the most retarded thing I've ever heard. For one thing: everyone needs to stop thinking country = loser/bad/gay or whatever the hell it is you dumbasses think.
For another thing, Keith Urban is the fuckin' epitome of country these days. His voice, the guitar, and his blue jeans....HELLO?

be careful steph...hell of alot of great singers and musicians in Nashville...I would recommend playing in some bands locally and see where that goes? Not trying to bring you down but you're talking about trying to make it in a town where there is tremendous talent...
