Dude, i gotta say, its a nice guitar, but your tone is terrible. You play fine, but change the settings on your amp!!! its too treble-ly, ya know. Or if your using a pedal, turn the tone down to 11:30. It would sound so much better. keep playin man, its good stuff!!!

well gibson you know is better but if your a starter i think you should get the eppiphone it cheaper. stringslayer is right depends on the money.i mean if your a starter and you buy the 2 grand gibson lespaul and then later you dont like to play. then u just losed a lot of money.

Depends. A few Epi's feel better than most Gibsons, and the are Gibs that are crap.
Try out as many guitars as you can. Don't go for looks as your number one thing. Learn how you like a guitar to feel by playing them. You can always modify the sound or appearance, but it's harder to change the playability. I tried a good 30 Les Pauls, Gib and Epi, before I settled on one particular Epi LP Custom, not any other, that 1. I am currently crafting its tone of with new pickups.

Depends where you are with your playing. I bought one of these when I was a teenager because I was broke. And it is the best les paul you will get for that money. I still play mine but I am looking for a Gibson Standard now.
