Do i think Rick Garcia is lying? No, i think he's doing his job as director of public affairs and trying to sell his product. I,m not saying anyone here is lying, but i remain sceptical ( due to faked tests in the past ) and would be happy to be directed to tests showing a lasers destructive ability.

The video shows missile kill on the raising trajectory. Ah well. They are 40yrs from date of entering service at best.
