Wow... the finish is more incredible in person. Just bought this baby, so I wanted to test it out.
2008 Schecter Avenger Hellraiser
Black Cherry finish
EMG 81/89 split coil tapping pickups
D'addario strings: .010-.046
Tuning: Standard
Amp: Behringer GM108 V-Tone 15watt
Just playing some riffs from a bunch songs I have written, while checking out the pickups and their splitting ability.

It has a very fast neck. The guitarist in my band(I'm the drummer) played the Avenger and loved how fast the neck was. He's used to playing Jackson guitars, but he really likes the neck on this guitar. We play super-fast thrash/black/melodic metal, so he needs a guitar that can do it.
Bottom line: get this guitar

It's cool being able to play multiple instruments because the lead guitarist in my band can also play drums, so we switch from time to time during practice.
Yeah, I'm very pleased with the guitar. Definitely worth the money.

Not as a stock Avenger from Schecter, but if you check out Carlino Guitars, they do all custom jobs and they have a Hellraiser Avenger with a Floyd.
The C-1 and V can come with a Floyd if you check Schecter's site.

I don't have a digital camera. I moved to California. But all of my sound comes from my DigiTech Grunge pedal. I set my amp clean, then just run the pedal through it.
