It's not about being british!
It's about being from the south of England, probably very near London... Listen to cockney accent and laugh about :) By the way, better any english accent than the american english. And this is just my opinion, being italian.

Calling her adjectives like "sexy" and "hot" are a stretch, to be sure. She is cute though, in a vivacious sort of way. I don't think she was cheeky, either. She was merely remonstrating him for his appalling English. In that she was acting every bit the proper secretary. I would hire her.
