I really don't know how well she's know in the states, but here in Vancouver no one where I work has heard of her.
I must admit that I didn't hear of her before I checked out the 'True Colors' website and they had 'Fidelity' playing. I was hooked then and there. I went out and bought 'Begin to Hope' and 'Soviet Kitsch'. Sadly she didn't make Vancouver as part of the 'True Colors' tour.
I'll definitely be buying tickets if she ever comes to Vancouver, BC.
