There isn't one... Not in between the standard accents... Just certain parts of Canada and America. Like you can sometimes tell if someone is from the Southern States. With Canada most places seem to be the same, but Newfounbdland and Quebec(Mainly because there's so much French spoken there) have their distinct "accents"...
