Video Description:
Moon Whistle is one of the most famous RPG Maker 95 masterpieces in Japan.
That is the story in a small city in Japan, and its protagonist is a 5-year-old boy.
This movie is the preview of new Moon Whistle which is now being remade on RPG Maker XP. It will be released in summer,2007.
Though text in the movie is Japanese, you may feel Japanese nostalgic atmosphere.
note: Though it is not smooth in this movie, it is smooth in actual game play.
ムーンホイッスルはRPGツクール95の名作。
舞台は80年代の日本、主人公は幼稚園児。
この作品が今、RPGツクールXPでリメイク中。
2007年夏のリリースを目指しています。
開発中バージョンの映像をこっそりお見せします。
注：録画の都合上、画面がかくかくですが、実際のゲームプレイで
は滑らかに動いています。

Though visual materials are not so rich,
overall gameplay(scenerio, game balance, atmosphere) is excellent.

also, this isnt the epitome of RPG maker games, I have personally seen more visually appealing games. it comes down to the skill and time spent of the creator

your maps are okay but it still needs more work to stand out good, mine kinda looks the same and I'm doing mine on RPG2003.

Simply, create events for the people following your main character. In these events click the "Set move route..." command in column 2. A screen pops up and in the top left screen there should be a scroll down feature that says "Player". Change it to "This event" and click the button "Move towards Player". Also Change it's speed as the same speed as the player by clicking the "Change Speed" button. Do this towards all of the events. P.S You can copy these events onto an other map.

second this game is a remake of the rpg maker 95 version. made with rpg maker xp. dont believe me? go download it. ull see.
