Who is using what devices for which purposes -- and how much are they willing or able to pay? Capturing highlights of LIRNEasia's 2006 survey in India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Sri Lanka and Thailand, this film shows that when it comes to phone use, the poor are not very different from anyone else.
