She definitely does not have half of Ann Wilson's voice. I like her, but it's just true. You can also hear the processing that they're putting her voice through... back in the 70's they didn't have all that machinery.
It's just Ann singing with a bit of reverb on her mic. If you need to be 'pitch corrected', you're not a good singer.

Fergie's voice is very much like Ann Wilson's, at times I can't tell the difference. I'm a long time fan of Heart and I think this is a very strong vocal cover of a great rock classic.

While I think she did the song justice, I think she tried too hard to sound like Ann. In my opinion, covers are meant to do a song a little differently, not just try to mimic the original artist. The problem is, Ann has pretty much one of the most versatile, and insanely beautiful voices ever, and nobody can do her quite right, so while Fergie sounds good, it just feels sort of like a wasted effort, sadly :(
