| It's sad to say that Ace and Peter simply refused to play anymore because the dynamics were heading toward what caused the initial break up. I congratulate Eric and Tommy for their kickass performance...if they paid ME to play with them in Ace's or Peter's makeup, I would do it in a heartbeat as a tribute to them, and wouldnt give a flyin **** what anybody said, they are doing the same....as for KISS(Gene and Paul, legally) selling out?...This is AMERICA BABY, survival of the fittest!!! |

| we put up with the bullshit because we're loyal to the band no matter what, be it KISS without make-up, or having them have two new guys in the band. We put up with it, because we know that its for the good of the band. Peter and Ace screwed up, they said they were done with drugs and alchohol but guess what, they went back to it. If they had straightened out, and had completely avoided those habits, then we would still have the original Kiss. |

| You aid that Ace left the band because Gene was making life difficult for him. Hmm maybe Ace might think that Gene telling him to straighten up, go to rehab, or just do SOMETHING to leave the drugs and alcohol is torture, but to me, it sounds like a concerned band mate trying to help him turn his life around. |

| and also why Ace is'nt there is because him and peter were tired of being treated like an employee and having no say in anything of a band they were founding members of plus the fact that simmons and stanley got 70 percent of the profits from the re-union tours between 1996-2001 and Ace and peter only got 30 thats why peter was'nt there to finish the farewell tour in japan and australia in march and april of 2001 because he wanted more money thank god Ace didnt or he would have been gone. |

| dude you have to understand that the reason that they are doing what they are with Tommy and Eric is not out of greed, or because they don't know when to stop. Its because they love doing what they do, and if they lose two of their band mates, they're not just gonna say "well we cant do it without them so its over".
