It's morbid how credit card companies are suggesting that "cash" is no longer king. Guess there's no "interest" in it for them? They want us feeling like outcasts for not using plastic...sick, sick, sick!

It's a cute video, but it certainly isn't a good example of TOC principles. A TOC process should be able to handle any minor process hiccup as suggested in this video.
And I hope we don't want to believe that taking our money is the constraint of a commercial establishment.

This isn't a good example of TOC. The process is perfectly balanced and there isn't capacity available for confront fluctuations and murphy without harm the flow.
