the way she uses it is a gift.
comparing her to Aretha and them..
MC have more vocal ranges and she sings
her heart out everytime she performs.
I THINK the diet she's on is interferring

good God.....why cant she sing like this all the time? when ever she sings that song we belong together wow....it is just so obviously lipped....but this is just amazing. just shows that she still has a voice. and plus, technicality is key in this song, or sould....lol. which ever you wanna use. truly amazing.

She has nodules which effect her singing, she can have surgery to fix it but theres a huge risk of her damaging her vocal cords and losing the voice we all recognise.
So she turned the surgery down because this performance proves she can still sing.

Believe it or not, she can hit those notes. She's on a pretty big stage. She would have rested her voice so that she can sound as flawless as she could

This was an awesome performance by mariah 'mimi' carey... She's not lip syncing the first line is trully differentfrom her studio version of this as well as her perf in the 2005 grammy... So enjoy and kill urselves w/ envy, bashers...
