You're hilarious with the cayenne pepper! I'm starting tomorrow...you're video is inspiring to me!!! I am a stay at home mom and, although I have all whole foods here, it is still a temptation being the cook around here and not eating! Good grief. The popsicle was a fantastic idea, too. I love those straws at the bottom. Ok. Done blabbing...thanks for posting these. How are you doing after completing the cleanse?
