Listen to the lyrics during the Ichigo part: "But her world keeps spinning backwards, and upside down." She doesn't show it as much as Yuzu, but she's extremely concerned about both Ichigo's mysterious shinigami powers and where the heck he disappeared to for a month's time. She's worried sick about her brother, and that is her "world spinning backwards and upside down."
