Yes I know that, and why would be being fit be unhealthy? Exercise is good for the body and heart. Don't get whats with all the thumbs down either. Being obese is proven to be unhealthy so I don't get people's hang ups about it. After all thats what this show is about, getting healthier by losing fat.

2) Why the hate for Americans? If I recall it was Americans, Canadians and Australians (and others) who saved your country from domination. Alot of overweight/obese/fat people do lack the self-discipline and most likely lack self-respect, and having said that, does that make them less of a person? Just because Kim doesn't prefer to sleep with them, or because Kim prefers to not marry them, or because Kim prefers not to look that way doesn't constitute them being real losers. If you don't like them, then you don't have to, but you also don't have to be a jerk because their different assume that your way is the best way to live
