Deaths in Iraq due to violence are down from @50 -60,000 per year under Saddam to around 17,000 per year since we went in. What part of fewer deaths do you object to???

Until President Bush non citizens were NEVER granted Habeas Corpus rights. As a matter of fact even U.S. Citizens were denied them when they committed espionage against this country.
Look up Ex Parte Quirin.
What Bush did was completely within established precedent.
You could argue that because of Bush, Habeas Corpus rights now apply to people who NEVER had them before.

Sorry, the Constitution does not say that citizenship is a condition of habeas corpus. The word is simply not there. In fact, in most places you see the word "person" except in qualifications for office and such.
Note that Chimpie alone decides who is denied rights. No requirement to be an unlawful combatant. Could be you.

That's not protesting, it's heckling. Protesting your government means presenting a clear, logical, controlled response to the things you believe to be wrong.
