I just looked in the book and matched up the payments based on the info. I did a google and noticed I should sell this book. there are all sorts of calculators online. I had those book from when I was 17. I wanted to be a realtor but was denied my license. An act of immoral turpitude got me. ouch!!

I think it is the increased payment intervals that help reduce the total. that little book has been pretty good to me over the years. It has all these tables and you just follow along with your finger to the intersection you want. Now you got me wanting to mess with math.

Of course thoughts create reality, you people think of things so literally sometimes. Where does our whole civilization come from? it ALL originated in thought. Our art, our sculptures etc. all originated in THOUGHT, we then CREATE through physical action.
