if you really listen to the lyrics it sounds like its kinda going out to those mad annoying horribly underage kids that do stupid shit (like drinking) in public places and what not and try to pass it off as being "punk" or cool or what have you, so its sort of an attack on a societal trend rather than on people who drink in general
