The Scientology criminal with the hammer was in fact arrested some time later after his identity was discovered -- by ARSCC people. He was a wanted felon who was on the run from a number of wants and warrants related to drug trafficing. The police collected him and terminated his "release to probation" which was nullified regardless since he had incurred additional wants and warrants after being released from jail. He was returned to prison about 15 days after he assaulted Mark Bunker here.
