| based off of the curcumfunce and aproxamate size of the ballons I calculate that that was twenty or twenty-one ballons total but if you are refering to those that were poped then proably around 16 or 17 becuse there were 3 or 4 left |

| those aren't really 200mW lasers, they just sell that shit to people who have no clue what they are talking about...... I work with people who make concert Lasers, and laser for huge shows, and I know all of the legal stuff they have to go through..... If those were really 200mW lasers, they wouldn't be able to ship them in the U.S. legally, or Europe.....Plus, 200mW lasers are higher than military grade..... Dose anyone understand the rating system????? |

| djude some of the stuff they ue in clubs they sell is 4mW, I work with a guy who designs these things for comercial use, and you would never be able to get one, let alone that cheap..... 400mW, you would have wear saftey and UV gogles and a welding mask, and it would fry any camera that got anywhere near it... 400mW is gonna be in the 3,000,000 lumen range, and that is bright enough to blind someone 20 miles away........ |

| oh the 400 mW are definately powerful enough to go 20 miles easy. oh and just adding that the 400 mW do cost $1000+ dollars so beleive it.. ask anyone here or anywhere else and everyone will tell you that 400 mW are real. |

| mate I'm not saying that they don't exist, but on the rating scale, a 400mW laser pointer would produce enough light to be seen from the moon,the lasers they use to project stuff on the clouds, and water, are usually in the 50-60mW range.... The guy that I work with designed commercial lasers for 15 years, and he knows the rating system, because ha would have to rate them..... Yes they might be 400mW laser diodes, but they probably aren't feeding it enough power, or running the solid state... |

| Mate, I didn't get my info from wiki, I work with a guy who designed Automated Lighting Systems,and Industrial Lasers for 15 years... so I think some of my Information is valid... Plus, I'm not 14, and I've had my run-ins with lasers and legality's before... Anyone in the United states who has a Laser greater than 4.95mW is committing a federal crime, and an can be prosecuted.. It is also illegal to ship lasers to people without variances in the U.S. over 4.95mW.... And I could continue.... |
