To Argopunk (from 5 months ...) I'm a Montrealer who travelled with about 6 art school mates to Toronto 'round 1980 to see the Beat at the Masonic Temple. So I know exactly what you're talking about. Early show in their career, with Saxa on stage as well. I was twenty and thought Saxa was an old man. Actually he was "young" (late 40s). My age now!
