Quite simple if you wish to know. When System Shock 2 was released it was released in tandem with Doom II and if you are an avid gamer you knew how much hype Doom II caused then. Due to the popularity of Doom II many gamers have overseen this diamond ... sadly. =/

Thank you for this vid, I've just finished the game and when Shodan's face dissapeared, I was sent to the menu :-/ I was like "What the heck ???"
So now I know the 'ending'... Shouldn't have upgraded Exotic Weapons to 6 :-[

I think you are talking about System Shock 1. I have to admit that at that time I had only eyes for flight and space sims and looked down with disgust at the freaks in my class playing super stupid crap like Doom and Doom II. I had thought System Shock was alike (what a hell of a fallacy) until recently I began to develop a crush on Cyberpunk and Hacking related stories ^^.

Ah, pardon me. You are correct Doom II and System Shock 1 were released in the same time. Pardon for my mistake. :) Well ... if you like these kind of stories ... maybe you will find interest in Deus Ex? :)

You are right, but with the recent succes of Bioshock I think that System Shock 3 may be on the horizon. Allthough Polarshock will come in first, I think System Shock 3 will be their next project ... yet I think a realistic time set would be not before 2012. :)

Well, after recent news I don't think it will be called Polarshock, because it has been said that they are making a new Bioshock and it will come in summer 2009, it is only speculation that it could be named Polarshock. Kevin Levine said this, creative director of Bioshock. :P You didn't miss much. ;)
