i agree, I hate customers, thats why I work at a factory where I hate my workers and my bosses, but at least I don't have to do it with a smile, you are right though, the impoliteness and meaness and rudeness get worse or maybe they were always bad, even before Kennedy was shot, maybe most people are fucked up and there's nothing we can do but stay away from them as much as possible, I had a wet seat, kindly asked for a towel and was told "that seat shouldn't be wet

they always get mad because we aren't allowed to give them our last names, but we need theirs, and won't give it to you (but you need it or you fail your QA and get fired, and you can't give it or you get fired), i told one of em today, "well, sir, because i have people that threaten to kill me all day, that's why i don't give my last name out."
