HA your such a fucking newb actually before you hit lv35 yesterday there was a patch the nerfed the max dodge for lowbies making this impossible nowadays. so at lv ten with some dodge gear you could get over 100% dodge.

Not to rain on your smart ass parades, but, its obviously not a replayed clip becuase difrent people are moving around in the background the whole time? and the reason hes not being hti is probably cuz he didnt level up his unarmed/fist weapon skill and just got a few new weapons? and maybe wants to make his rogue look awesome? just saying, but go ahead and think on that for awhile

on lower lvls u get more dodge and crit and hit and haste etc. with less stats. so you could cap ur dodge rating to 95% since its max dodge rating but now it got nerfed, so 1-32 dodge rating is same from same stats... so no1 making lvl 19 dodge twink anymore;)
