Mortal Kombat 4 (N64) - Kitana and the Skull Stage
Uploaded by: TremorMK
Video Description:
Gameplay footage demonstrating the playable version of Kitana and hidden Skull Stage in Mortal Kombat 4. Both are only accessable through Game Shark codes. Kitana was originally planned to be in MK4, but was replaced by Tanya somewhat at the last second. Her code and model still exist in the game, although she still doesn't seem a completely finished character. The AI Kitana seems to have more/different moves than a player-controlled Kitana. The Skull Stage was an unfinished arena that the developers forgot to remove for the home port.
Because the audio from the live emulator recording was bad, I just threw in a music track from Mortal Kombat: Annihilation to fill in the silence. (Feel free to mute it!) These are the only important things worth noting from the missing sound: The Skull Stage uses the Living Forest music. Kitana uses a male voice except when she performs her special moves or her throw and breaker. The announcer does not announce her victory message.
