it's too much in strong, you should use more rotation. For instance for the first technique o-uchi gari use more "koshi" than your legs ;) also for the second technique. And i guess you should do your technique with more precision and less precipitation.

Deine Variation zum Grifflösen fand ich sehr cool :D
Naja allerdings muss ich mich anschliessen, es ist relativ statisch, aber da es ne Prüfung ist, spielt das je eher ne untergeordnete Rolle :D

Ich finde dieses Macho-Gehabe haesslich, mit Tritten und gegen Liegende, und diesen Schlägen an den Kopf nach einem Wurf. Im japanischen gendai Jujutsu gibt es das nicht. (Im Koryu schon, aber das ein anderes Thema.)
Die Würfe sahen solide aus.

nun da ein jahr vergangen ist schlage ich vor, dass du dir dein video nocheinmal anschaust und mit der entwicklung bis zum heutigen tag dein bewegungsbild und deine technikausführung erneut für dich bewertest. ich fand es immer schön die entwicklung die ich selbst durchgemacht habe anhand der alten videos neu zu bewerten. so vergsst man seine wurzeln nicht und nicht wie man selber unterichtet wurde. ebenso sieht man den weg

ich mach auch jj und find sziemlich cool hab den orangen g aba ein problem..
vllt kanns du mir ja weiter helfen...
auf der straße steh die typen ja nich unbdingt 3 meter entfent un d greifen dann an..
woher weißt du dann ob es ein grader oder schwinger wird den du nach aussenu oder innenfegst?
wenn man zu lange nachdenkt läugt man voll rein...
einfach alles nach aussen blocken?
oder wie machst du das??

that is orange... just a dark colour. but i think the exam was okay, but there were a lot of mistakes in my opinion. on very light attacks u made to agressiv reactions. its always about proportion. and the german laws on selfdefense are pretty strict. u cant hit them in the back after a simple fiststrike of the attacker. our judges evaluate such things very strict and hard.

you get red belt with the 8th degree black belt. under it you have red white as just mentioned. maybe you already get the red with the 7th degree, but i dont think so.
