I've seen it a few months back, and the oppenning doesn't have much to do with the show. Shonen bat actualy attacks those who are "cornered". Facial emotion has nothing to do with it. I think the openning refers to the fact they all try to "escape their reality" by pretending every thing's swell

y r they all laughing and dont any of them have emotions, the girl is under water laughing like she can breathe and the guy is falling head first with his hands in hi pockets and a women is in a wrected house laughing, the first girl is standing at the edge of a building, the two little boys is in the middle of a flood that has houses under water, the fatass is just standing in a pile of a ruined city,and the two women are standing in a junk yard like it dosent smell like shit.plz explain
