They actually use polyrhythm. It's an interesting technique that utilizes 2 seperate independent rhythms. There are also a significant amount time changes throughout. It is nice to see band who aren't afraid to stray from the 'basic' rhythms and song patterns.

Yeah, I wouldn't exactly call this mathcore really. I could be wrong, but its a little more structured than say, older Dillinger Escape Plan. Most of this song seems to be in 4/4. I have no idea what I would call this though. Some form of Progressive for sure.

And then I said I could be wrong, because I can sit here tapping my foot and get 4/4 for the majority of the song, but that might not be how they wrote it, or how others interpret it.
