I use Sonar HSXL 6 - session drummer is a whole lot better than the old drum tracks but it doesn't come close to eZDrummer when it comes to quality of sound and ease of use.

See this guy? He's a smart guy... IQ of about 200... You need an IQ of about 200 to operate or figure out anything to do with Cakewalk... If your not a Philadelphia lawyer or a brain surgeon... don't buy Cakewalk... you will be disappointed.

Use "Create track from template", or insert a soft synth (selecting Session Drummer, of course). If SD doesn't show up in the soft synth menu, then you have not installed it for some reason.
