Cokedude, think of this. Since cellphones have become common the accident rate in this country is unchanged. So I guess that means no on talks on their cell phone in your world. All these claims that cellphones are as dangerous as drinking and driving are baseless. Someone did a study suggesting that they were and everyone jumped on the result and believed it. Some studies aren't worth the paper they waste. This was one of them.
